Production and warehouse facility

The project foresees the construction of a production and warehouse hall on plot nr 13, along with office spaces, public use facilities and a technical area – 7020 m2 in total. The hall will be available to companies that wish to establish their headquarters in the Industrial Park in Wałbrzych. What is significant, the hall will be situated in a special economic zone. The hall will be made available for use by the year 2010. Currently, it is still possible for companies that are interested to participate in planning the parameters, to best suit their individual needs.
